Items can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of receipt. Please follow the steps below to help us process your request:

Returning for a refund? 

1. Please fill out the form below.
2. Remember to print the confirmation page to include with your return. This information will also be emailed to the e-address provided on your form.
3. Once your form has been received and reviewed by our team, a free FedEx shipping label will be issued and emailed to you (be sure to check your SPAM folder, as this email will come directly from FedEx). Print the label and adhere it to the outside of your shipping box. Be sure to insert the confirmation page inside the shipping box with the items you are returning and mail to BRANDITO.
4. As soon as we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
5. Please let us know how we can better serve you in the future!

Exchanging an item for a different size? 

1. Please fill out the form below. Be sure to include the item you are exchanging and the size you wish to receive.
2. Remember to print the confirmation page to include with your return. This information will also be emailed to the email address provided on your form.
3. Once your form has been received and reviewed by our team, a free FedEx shipping label will be issued and emailed to you (be sure to check your SPAM folder, as this email will come directly from FedEx). Print the label and adhere it to the outside of your shipping box. Be sure to insert the confirmation page inside the shipping box with the items you are returning and mail to BRANDITO.
4. As soon as we receive your return, a new order for the appropriate size indicated on your form will be processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
5. A better fit is on the way! Your new order will be shipped out via ground service at no additional charge.

• Items can be returned and exchanged within 90 days of purchase.
• Exchanges and returns can only be made within the Continental US.
• Custom imprint items and food gifts cannot be returned except in cases where BRANDITO is at fault.
